After becoming a licensed salesperson in 1998, I continued my training by taking more classes prior to passing the State and Federal test to become a real estate broker. I invested time obtaining the designations of GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SFR (Short-Sale Foreclosure Resource).
